Production Lines Will Run Through Chinese New Year to Meet iPad Mini Demand

As 2012 comes to a close in the United States and people are preparing for celebrating New Years? Eve parties, we should consider the Chinese workers that produce Apple?s products.

In China, workers are usually given a two week Chinese New Year break but according to sources, at least two of Apple?s suppliers will be running through Chinese New Year to meet the high demand of the iPhone 5 and iPad mini.

Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. Ltd. will run some of their production lines, while Flexium Interconnect will also keep all of their factories pumping through the New Year.

Also, students will be helping out Flexium Interconnect to help them produce the necessary devices that other countries adore. While it appears that the iPhone 5 supply has finally met demand in the U.S., the iPad mini still continues to be a scarce item to find. Apple?s online store has shrunk the shipping time of the iPad mini to one week earlier this month.
